Susan joined P3 Printing, Packaging & Paper Executive Recruiters (aka WorldBridge Partners Chicago NW) in 2009 and has built a highly successful career as an Executive Search Director, leading the firm’s Printing & Packaging practices.

She partners closely with both clients and candidates to deliver a best-in-class recruitment experience, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the entire search process to ensure strong cultural alignment, long-term fit, and measurable hiring success.

Specializing in manufacturing and distribution, Susan places top talent across Sales, Marketing, Project Management, and Operations, from individual contributors through VP and C-suite leadership.

Prior to P3 Recruiters, Susan delivered consistent results at an MRI executive search firm focused on the electrical industry, where she successfully placed Sales, Operations, Pricing, and Procurement leaders across manufacturing and distribution. She later advanced into a Senior Staffing Partner role with a large international organization, recruiting across multiple verticals including automation, fire/life safety, and security.
