Gary is a graduate of Miami University (Ohio) and holds a B.S. degree in Finance. He is the founder and chairperson for the Ireland Cancer Center/Gilmour Academy Scholarship Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio in honor of his younger brother who died suddenly during the treatment of cancer. The foundation provides scholarships to the underprivileged incoming freshman. Gary was a recent chairperson and fund raiser for St. Vincent DePaul & Sister House Charity in Northwest Chicago. He is a board member of the St. Mary Men’s Club that serves many local charities including “Feed My Starving Children”. He also volunteers for the Lake County Honor Flights for Veterans.

Gary also enjoys time with his family, exercising, vacations, yardwork and golf.
