Lauren joined P3 Printing, Packaging & Paper Executive Recruiters (aka WorldBridge Partners Chicago NW) in 2015, and has a total of 17 years of operations experience in recruiting. Lauren brings a strong work ethic, special attention to detail and creativity to significantly sharpen and enhance procedures to make the P3 Recruiting team productive and successful.
As a Research Director, Lauren works with our Executive Search Directors and our clients by sourcing and identifying top candidates for all search projects. She also designs compelling marketing material and maintains P3 Recruiters social media presence and new website. Additionally, she is the executive assistant to our President and manages day-to-day office operations, trains new hires, creates fun team contests, and provides excellent customer service.
Lauren loves spending quality time with her amazing family and her French Bulldog, Dexter. She also enjoys attending concerts and musicals, staying active through Zumba, and spending time outdoors.
